Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, a member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, welcomed a large gathering of well-wishers in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah.
The Sheikh graciously accepted congratulations from various dignitaries, including local and federal officials, community leaders, and representatives from Arabic, Islamic, and foreign communities.
Those extending their wishes expressed heartfelt sentiments for this occasion, praying for the Sheikh’s continued good health and happiness, and for the advancement and prosperity of the Emirati people, as well as blessings for the Arab and Islamic nations.
Furthermore, the Ruler of Fujairah received Mohammed Saeed Al Dhahani, Director of the Emiri Diwan of Fujairah and honorary president of the Dibba Cultural Association for Arts and Theater, alongside Abdullah Mohammed, the association’s president, and the Dibba Fujairah Theater team. They were recognized for winning the award for Best Complete Script for their play “Murad Kuhl” at the International Theater Festival in Oman, along with accolades for Best Actor and Best Actress.
The Sheikh listened attentively to a detailed overview of the Dibba Cultural Association’s involvement in this distinguished Arab event, highlighting the awards received for the scripts and performances. The play “Murad Kuhl,” written by Emirati author Mohammed Saeed Al Dhahani, was distinguished for its exceptional dramatic structure and rich human themes, which enhanced its impact on stage.
Additionally, actor Adel Sbeit was awarded Best Supporting Actor for his powerful performance, demonstrating deep character portrayal, while actress Athari Al Suwaidi received Best Supporting Actress for her outstanding contribution to the play.
